Despite an early September day, everyone woke to the whispers of winter, with frost and crisp morning air. Although golf was slated for early morning, lazy breakfasts and hot tubs became the ideal choice. The morning quickly dissolved into the excitement of getting ready. Alongside their nearest and dearest, Chad and Laura donned their wedding attire.

Weddings bring people together. In these small moments of celebration, we are reminded how important and valued our community is. The excitement and happiness felt by everyone set a wonderful tone for the start of this next chapter—a tone of love, support, and promise. Nestled in the beautiful backdrop of the Jasper Park Lodge, Chad and Laura's wedding was set with a bluebird sky, an interesting metaphor for a wedding. Bluebirds are associated with joy, happiness, and harmony; they symbolize hope, love, positivity, and renewal, which is the essence of life and beauty. Surrounded by a few precious people, Chad and Laura started the next chapter of their journey of family together.

After the ceremony, people enjoyed the warmth of the sun, set against the backdrop of the lake and mountains. Quietly taking in everyone’s company and enjoying a few appetizers and champagne, Chad and Laura were surrounded by love. With a few refreshments and a moment of pause, it was time for a few quick family photos and dinner. With sunset on the horizon, we peeled Chad and Laura away fo grab some quick formals.
